About Us
At OmniTalk, we believe that language should never be a barrier to connection. We're on a mission to bridge communication gaps and empower businesses to serve everyone in their community, regardless of what language they speak. We understand the frustration of limited access to interpretation services. Traditional solutions can be expensive, require advance scheduling, and ultimately, limit a business's ability to be truly responsive to their non-English speaking customers. This not only hurts businesses, but also creates a frustrating and isolating experience for those trying to access essential services. That's why we created OmniTalk. We're bringing the power of real-time interpretation to businesses of all sizes, from large enterprises with bustling call centers to small "mom and pop" shops looking to connect with their local communities.
Our Story
OmniTalk was born from a real-world problem. While working at a financial services non-profit, our founders, Justin and Erik, witnessed firsthand how language barriers hindered non-English speaking small business owners from accessing crucial funding. This sparked a conversation about the countless other ways this language gap impacts lives and businesses across the US. They realized something needed to be done, and OmniTalk was born.
